This painstaking preparatory work ensures maximum adhesion and a flawless base for the new coatings.
Premium Materials Specified

Applying the Traditional Finish
The Exterior Painting of this Watermill was completed using a meticulous application process. Weatherboards, Windows, Gables, and Doors were finished in traditional Oil Based White Gloss, keeping the building in form with how it would have originally been finished. The rich, deep lustre of the oil-based gloss is essential for achieving the period-correct look while offering superior water resistance and protection from the elements.
The successful completion of this Exterior Painting of a Watermill project ensures that this historic local landmark is well-protected for many years to come. By blending traditional materials with expert application, we delivered a long-lasting, high-end finish that respects the structure’s Grade II Listed status.
