The Entrance & Stonework Renovation and Painting was undertaken in summer 2015, the Stonework was badly weathered and friable, the thick build up of paint was removed and repaired, the sign work was also removed and re written in a complimentary style in keeping with the original.
The Door and Door-frame had many years of paint build up which was removed and allowed the true shape of the wood mouldings to show through, they were then finished in Sikkens Satura Plus, this is a self levelling paint that offers an extremely smooth and high gloss finish.
